It’s all happening this weekend during the FREE 79th annual Danish Days from Friday, 9/18/15 through Sunday, 9/20/15. Sponsored by the charitable Solvang Danish Days Foundation, this activity-filled weekend honors the founding of Solvang by Danish-Americans in 1911. Mads Men in Concert

Would you enjoy sitting under the stars and listening to a two-time Grammy award winning musician? Helmed by Tolling on violin, the quartet also features pianist Colin Hogan, Sam Bevan on bass, and drummer Eric. Their program includes popular TV and movie themes from the 1960s—think “Meet the Flintstones,” “The Pink Panther” to “A Time for Us” and “Georgia on My Mind.” Mads hails from Copenhagen, was educated at Berklee College of Music in Boston and has played festivals around the world. His Grammy Awards were for Best Classical Crossover albums and he was nominated for his third Grammy this year. Mads is kicking off his new international tour right here in California’s Little Denmark.
